Role Overview
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound sales activities, closing enterprise partnerships, and managing long-term client relationships across the US and EU regions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong outbound sales capabilities, enterprise relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in international markets.

This is a high-impact remote role requiring ownership, persistence, commercial acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US and European markets
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Lead Generation & Outbound Sales

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, email outreach, networking, conferences, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and business presentations
• Build multi-channel outreach strategies to engage decision-makers

Enterprise Sales & Deal Closure

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Understand client requirements and position Prognica Labs’ solutions effectively
• Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and partnership presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value enterprise deals
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in international B2B sales or business development
• Proven experience selling to US and/or European markets
• Strong experience in outbound enterprise sales and lead generation
• Experience in AI, SaaS, healthcare, biotech, enterprise technology, digital health, or life sciences industries preferred
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing international client relationships and enterprise accounts
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to engage with CXOs, founders, healthcare leaders, and decision-makers
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
