This campaign is in line with The National Agenda and the UAE Vision 2021, which include reduce cancer mortality as one of the main objective.
The campaign aims raising public awareness, educating the residents on the importance of early detection of breast cancer, providing guidance, and highlighting the importance of detection, diagnosis and treatment.
Breast cancer is among the top three cancers in women in the UAE, with its incidence and prevalence now occurring in women as young as 30 and even below.
