Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform complex healthcare, life sciences and business data into actionable insights for our AI-driven platforms.
The role works closely with our AI/ML, scientific and product teams to prepare, analyse, visualise and interpret data supporting drug discovery, clinical development and commercial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate and analyse structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop analytical models, dashboards and reports to support product and business decisions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, and identify meaningful trends, patterns and relationships.
- Work with biomedical, clinical, pharmaceutical and commercial datasets.
- Build data pipelines and reusable analytical workflows.
- Create clear visualisations and data-driven reports for technical and business users.
- Support the ML teams with data preparation, feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Validate data quality, consistency and completeness.
- Document analytical methodologies and findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on data analysis experience.
- Strong Python skills, particularly Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Experience with data cleaning, exploratory analysis and visualisation.
- Good understanding of statistics and analytical methods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- PostgreSQL.
- APIs and data integration.
- Python visualisation libraries such as Matplotlib or Plotly.
- Basic machine learning concepts.
- Cloud data platforms.
