Dr Animesh Acharjee is Associate Professor of Integrative Analytics & AI at the University of Birmingham, where he serves as Deputy Programme Director for the MSc in Health Data Science. With over 15 years bridging AI, multi-omics systems biology, and clinical translation. He has published 110+ peer-reviewed papers and co-led multi-million-pound consortium grants advancing precision medicine. He teaches on the MSc in Health Data Science and supervises postgraduate researchers.
Dr. Shariq Syed is a pharmaceutical scientist, clinical pharmacologist, and academic leader with extensive experience in drug development and clinical pharmacology. He has contributed to oncology and immuno-oncology research, including drug development at Bristol Myers Squibb. Currently Dean of the School of Pharmacy at AIKTC, he actively promotes research, innovation, industry collaboration, and pharmaceutical education.
Dr. Ahsan Ali is a biomedical engineer and researcher specializing in AI-driven medical imaging, deep learning, and computational neuroscience. He earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from IIT Madras, focusing on MRI-based analysis of Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment. His research spans multimodal imaging, explainable AI, brain segmentation, and computational biomarkers.
