Data we collect

Information you give us in a form: your name, work email address, organisation, role, country, the segment you select, and whatever you write in the free-text fields on the consultation, proposal and partner forms.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type. Analytics of this kind are only collected where you have consented through the cookie notice.

Correspondence: emails and messages you send us, and our replies.

Why we process it, and on what basis

To respond to your enquiry and to prepare an approach note or proposal - processed on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

To operate, secure and improve the website - processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a functioning, secure site, balanced against your interests.

To send technical updates or method notes where you have asked for them - processed on the basis of your consent, withdrawable in one click in any message we send.

Who it is shared with

Our named scientific and manufacturing partners, where a technical enquiry requires their input. They operate under back-to-back confidentiality obligations.

Service providers who host this website, deliver our email and operate our customer relationship system, each under a written processing agreement.

Regional partners of record, where you have asked about a market we serve through a partner, and only with the context needed to respond to you.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

International transfers

We operate across the Middle East, North America and Latin America, so your data may be processed outside the country in which you are located. Where that happens, transfers are made under an appropriate safeguard - standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognised in your jurisdiction. In-region data residency is available for customer programme data; raise it at the first meeting so it is designed in.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive your data in a portable form. These rights arise under the UK and EU GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD, Canadian federal and provincial privacy legislation, and the data protection laws of the Gulf states in which we operate.

To exercise any of them, write to our data protection contact below. We respond within one month, and we will tell you if we need longer. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
