Role Overview
We are looking for a public health program executive to coordinate and support the execution of our public health programs.
The role is focused on program coordination, stakeholder engagement, partner management and field execution. You will work with government stakeholders, NGOs, healthcare providers, communities, pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies, corporates and philanthropic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities, timelines and deliverables.
- Engage and coordinate with government, NGOs, healthcare providers and community organisations.
- Support identification and onboarding of program partners.
- Coordinate field activities across selected states, LGAs and communities.
- Maintain stakeholder, activity, KPI and program trackers.
- Support community mobilisation and healthcare program activities.
- Collect and consolidate field and program data, and prepare reports.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations and stakeholder briefings.
- Identify operational challenges and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support program expansion and the development of new partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Development Studies or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in public health, healthcare, NGO/CSO or program coordination.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and follow through on deliverables.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with infectious diseases, community health or disease-control programs.
- Experience working with government, NGOs or healthcare organisations.
- Experience in program implementation or Monitoring & Evaluation.
- Knowledge of public-health ecosystem.
- Experience with DHIS2, health data or GIS is an advantage.
