Capability that stays after we leave

Trained people, deployed platforms, validated assay menus and local manufacturing - designed against technology-transfer and local-content obligations, not around them.

What we hear

What we hear from programme directors and ministries

  • A national strategy with budget attached and a delivery gap underneath it
  • Dependence on imported diagnostics and foreign analysis capacity
  • Population genomics programmes generating data faster than it can be interpreted
  • Procurement rules that reward local content, training and technology transfer

What we do about it

One workstream, one accountable lead

We build programmes rather than sell products. Every proposal quantifies what your own institutions will be able to do at the end: staff trained and certified, SOPs transferred, platforms deployed in-country, assays validated locally, and - where it applies - manufacturing established with a local partner.

How we contract with public buyers

Milestone-based programmes with an explicit capability-transfer schedule. We work through local partners of record where tendering requires it, and we design for data residency and sovereignty from the first proposal rather than the security review.

Programme scale typically runs USD 300K–5M across multiple years.
