The answers your security review is going to ask for

Data handling and IP ownership derail more good technical relationships than pricing does. So here are our positions, in public, before you have to ask.

Who owns what

We do not use customer data to train models offered to other customers without a specific, written agreement to do so.

Data residency

In-region deployment options are available for the platform, and data flows are documented in every proposal. Requirements vary by jurisdiction - Gulf states, Canadian provinces and Brazil each impose different obligations. Raise yours at the first meeting so it is designed in.

Access and audit

  • Single sign-on with your identity provider
  • Role-based access control
  • Full audit trails on platform activity
  • Defined data retention and deletion on request

Confidentiality

Mutual confidentiality agreements are standard and can be executed before any technical discussion. Our named scientific and manufacturing partner operates under back-to-back confidentiality obligations.

Security review

We will provide our security and data-handling documentation on request, ahead of a first meeting if that speeds your process. Assume we have been through this before, because we have.
